Signature Travel, Inc. is the official travel agency for this conference and has secured discounted airfares of 10-15% for our attendees on Lufthansa Airlines and their Star Alliance partners.  Book as soon as possible to take advantage of the fares which give you the greatest discounts.  Once you have selected your flights, you will receive an itinerary reflecting the discounts for your approval.  Upon your approval, it will then be ticketed.

Please note that you may achieve significant reduction in air travel expenditures by choosing to fly on either Saturday or Sunday.  Therefore, please check different date options if your schedule allows for flexibility of travel to and from the meeting.

Tallinn Airport is located approximately 4 km from the Sokos Hotel Viru and the estimated cost of a taxi ride to from the airport is 150 Estonian Kroons or 10 Euros.

Public Transport – Bus

The airport’s bus stop is located in front of the terminal of arrivals. Bus No. 2 travels on the route Mõigu - Passenger Port. In the city centre the bus stops next to Viru Keskus at Laikmaa street. The bus fare is 20 Estonian kroons and tickets are sold by the bus driver upon entering the bus. Tickets are  also available from the R-Kiosk in the Passenger Terminal. Bus company MRP operates the route with Scania buses.
